Corona, California (March 20th, 2013) - The opening weekend of the 2013 Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series provided the Arizona fans with great memories of terrific racing, fast action and left many of the participating racers aspiring.Hart and Huntington Off Road endured the season kickoff, surviving through multiple hardships and a violent crash, yet the team persevered and went on to collect a PRO-2 Fast Lap Award. In the final race of the weekend, Rob Naughton pushed the throttle wide open to a top speed over 93 MPH and a lap time of 42.465; speeds and time that is typically only seen in the PRO-4 Unlimited Division.

LAKE FOREST, CA (March 20, 2013) The scorecard at the end of the opening weekend of racing for Carl Renezeder said three wins and one second out of four races. That kind of near-perfection doesn't come around often, and the team was wise to pause for a moment on Sunday night to thank one another for the hard work, dedication and optimism during the off-season that paid off all weekend. "You guys gave me reliable, fast trucks that I could put anywhere I wanted to on the track," commented Renezeder to his crew at the close of rounds one and two of the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series season at Firebird International Raceway this past weekend. The Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series has arrived to Chandler, Arizona for the opening rounds of the 2013 season and brought record setting temperatures and an early spring to the region. LAKE FOREST, CA – Carl Renezeder kicks off his fifteenth season of professional short-course racing this weekend, March 15-17, at the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series event at Firebird International Raceway in Chandler, Arizona.  He's conquered all the challenges thrown at him over the years - over 100 short-course wins; two championships in two pro categories in one season; multiple Challenge Cup titles; the list goes on and on - and during this past off-season, he self-imposed one more: bring his championship total to ten.

Riverside, California (January 22, 2013) - Stronghold Motorsports was named "Team of the Year" while ProLite Champion, RJ Anderson received  "Driver of the Year" honors and Crew Chief Nick Griner was acknowledged as "Mechanic of the Year" at the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series 2012 Season Championship awards banquet  on Saturday, January 19th.  Anderson also collected his 2012 ProLite truck championship trophy along with the dubious award for "Crash of the Year" which recounted his spectacular impact with Casey Currie while charging for the lead in the Lucas Oil Challenge Cup season finale.
