Nitro Circus 3D cast members Erik Roner and Greg Godfrey will be making a guest apperance at the Glen Helen Lucas Oil Off Road "Night Race" They will both be running in the Superlite arrive and drive program and are excited to get a taste of Short Course Off Road.

Whether they are trying to back flip a bike over a building 60-stories high, or landing a death defying jump, the Nitro Circus is known for dreaming up the most dangerous stunts in the world of action sports. In efforts of promoting the movie Nitro Circus 3D (in theaters Aug 8^th), they will be putting some of the cast behind the wheel this weekend at the Lucas Oil Off Road Race at Glen Helen Raceway in California.

Putting the founder of Nitro Circus, Gregg Godfrey and cast member, Erik Roner behind the wheel of a pro truck is probably not the best idea. These two shouldn’t have that much horsepower and freedom at their fingertips. To see just how far these guys are willing to bicycle a truck around the track or over jump anything in their way, check out this link to the upcoming movie:

Next weekend's showdown at Glen Helen Raceway will mark several monumental firsts in SuperLite Championship Arrive & Drive racing history. We cannot recall the last time we gave away promo rides in the cockpit of our spec-class race truck. But we're doing it. Sure, we've donated a few rides to charitable causes. Ryan Hagy, standing 24 points back in third, is wagering his strategy on a conservative game plan. Show up. Finish up front. Let the bar room-style brawl take out the competitors. Sheldon Creed's style is just dance on the rev limiter and throw down just enough dominating skill to get it to the finish first. His style is relentless and proven, as he's scored the most wins of the grid and leads the pack in the coveted points chase. Drew Britt will grapple. But he works to maintain a perfect balance between a gentleman and a jouster. And it works. With this race at this epic track marketing the one year anniversary of his short course off-road racing debut, he stands a mere one point back from snatching the lead from Creed, who has had a stranglehold of the lead since the season launched at Firebird International Raceway.

Throw in the likes of Jessie Johnson and Cody Rahders. The show is anyone's game. Then you throw the first woman to take the SuperLite start grid at a national race. It'll be interesting. . .
