Compton, California (August 5, 2015) - Ensenada, Mexico welcomed Greg Adler Motorsports and short course off-road racing this past weekend, as the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series made its much anticipated debut in the Baja California port city. The newly constructed facility on the grounds of the scenic Estero Beach Hotel and Resort featured a 1.1 mile course highlighting one of the longest straight-a-ways in short course off-road racing, along with deep, loose dirt that more closely resembled the sandy shores of Baja than the tightly compacted surface that competitors are accustomed to.
Ensenada, Baja California Mexico (August 4, 2015) - In a first for the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS), Brian Deegan and his fellow racers travelled to Baja Mexico for the Rockstar Energy Battle South Of The Border at the Baja International Short Course track in Estero Beach. The unique event was made possible by a lot of hard work put in by LOORRS, Rockstar Energy, and the Baja based Papas & Beer team of Rodrigo Ampudia & family. The enthusiasm of race fans in Baja is legendary. Brian Deegan was anxious to give them a good show in his #38 Rockstar Energy / Makita Power Tools / Ford Pro-4 and Pro-2 trucks; he did not disappoint them.
Corona, California (July 19, 2015) - It was a short but fast weekend for Casey Currie at the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series (LOORRS) at Glen Helen. After a successful practice on Friday, rare thunderstorms came through the San Bernadino Foothills, postponing Round 9 until Sunday morning and Round 10 had to be rescheduled to the Lake Elsinore event at the end of the season. But even with the track drastically changing with all the rain, Casey had another strong points weekend and put down the fastest lap time of the Pro Lite class.
San Bernardino, California (July 22, 2015) - The Stinger, Brandon Arthur, put in another consistent race during round 9 of the Lucas Oil Off Road Race Series at Glen Helen Raceway in San Bernardino, California. His 2nd place podium finish was the third straight for Arthur, catapulting his Competitive Metals, Pro Traffic Services, Rigid Industries LED Lighting, Toyo Tires, HRT Motorsports, Method Race Wheels, Magnaflow, FiberwerX, Aeromotive Fuel Systems, F&L Racing Fuel, Impact, FOX shocks, Heatshield Products, Maxima Racing Oils, Summers Brothers, Wirefab, ECP Powder Coating, Bink Designs and Redline Performance Pro Lite up two spots in the points standings, from 6th to 4th. Despite a weekend filled with weather delays, The Stinger was hooked up right out of the box. Round 9 was supposed to be run Saturday night but torrential rains forced a delay to Sunday morning.
San Bernardino, California (July 21, 2015) - Brian Deegan turned a corner at round 9 of the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series, (LOORRS). Behind the 8 ball since the season started, he treated the fans to his trademark form at Glen Helen. He was fast, precise and determined. Physically and mechanically, he was firing on all cylinders.
Compton, California (July 21, 2015) – What began as a promising weekend on the track for Greg Adler and Team 4 Wheel Parts ended in the disappointing postponement of the Lucas Oil Off Road Racing Series National event July 18-19 at Southern California’s Legendary Glen Helen Raceway. As the prospects of the leading edge of Tropical Depression Delores making its way north increased, the team prepared for Rounds 9&10 with a successful practice session on Friday afternoon.
